Basic and Plus
Basic covers one site and the core paid workflow, including dashboard entry management. Plus expands to three sites and adds a larger marketing-integration layer. These tiers make sense when your forms are straightforward and your downstream systems are limited.
Why Pro is the pivotal tier
WPForms currently lists many advanced capabilities at Pro, including broader payment functionality, calculations, surveys and polls, save-and-resume, signatures, geolocation, Google Sheets, and additional automation/integration options.
When Elite is relevant
Elite adds unlimited-site licensing and higher-end integrations and site-management capabilities. The current pricing page lists examples including Authorize.Net, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Airtable, Webhooks, multisite support, and client-management features.
